Very nostalgic for my family as we use this. …
Very nostalgic for my family as we use this. The first time was tricky with getting the bread not to stick. The trick is to cook it on slow/low heat!

Disappointing…
UPDATE: I was a bit harsh in my first review and for that i apologize. I meant it when i said it but it was over the top disappointment. I grew up with the original Toaster Tite and used it so very much and it was so easy. It didn’t have those 4 quadrants and that is where i have my problem. First time, everything stuck to it on both sides making huge mess. When the company reached back out in such a nice way, i took a few days to clean it, and then redid it all slowly and following their directions to a T. What came out was just not what i wanted and it still stuck to the extended parts that create the 4 mini sandwiches. I put enough time into trying to make it work. Was it the bread i used that was too thin? Was it the olive oil i used instead of vegetable oil because we don’t use vegetable oil? Or was it that this product just didn’t work for me, and i really LOVED my original Toaster Tite that was one big circle. Maybe it works for you. Sorry but i had to accept their offer and return. Nice people at this company but again, not for me. Not as bad as i wrote, but more disappointing to this user of the original product.Easily one of the worst products I’ve bought on Amazon, or maybe anywhere. I grew up on Toaster Tites, having them probably 3-5 times a week for oh so many years growing up, and then when i was on my own. When i saw this, i was all pumped up. I got it, and finally used it today. I did as they said and wiped it with vegetable oil, even put a bit of Pam w Olive Oil on both sides as well. However when i cooked my first one, the bread stuck to both sides and i have a huge mess. I may, or may not, try to scrub it, clean it and try once more. Or i may just put it in the LOSS column and accept that you can’t win ’em all.

Need longer handles
Will try it today with my Grandkids. I removed the short and dangerous handles and replaced them with longer ones from my old broken version.
