Great for the price!
This is exactly what I expected, and while the construction feels a bit on the cheaper end, it does its job well. One of the best parts about it is that food hasn’t started sticking to it at all. I expect I’ll need to season it at some point, but I’ve cooked many “grilled” cheese sandwiches with this thing, with cheese spilling out the sides, and after letting it cool, the cheese and crumbs fall right off, making it easy to clean with nothing more than a wet paper towel. Happy with this purchase! Though it’s definitely worth noting that’s in large part due to the price. You get what you pay for, and the construction of this product definitely feels like it’s from the lower price range.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!!!
I just had this delivered and was showing my toddler how he could make grilled cheese sandwiches. We practiced by putting a single slice in (I do this anyways to burn off any oil/chemicals but good to show the tot) BUT 2 SLICES OF BREAD AND 1 SLICE OF CHEESE?!?!?! NOPE!!!! The only thing that is Elite about this is that it Elitely broke when closing the clamshell. Total failure. The bottom handle completely sheared off at the place line. I am happy it happened when I was using it and not my son.

Toasts well, but…
It does not handle two sandwiches at a time, very well. Melted cheese is difficult and messy to clean up. It toasts well, but the clean from what melts, is not worth it.I’m sure , if making one sandwich at a time, it would not be as messy…. but if that’s what I wanted,.I would have bought a one sandwich toaster.

Good item, but material could be better
This sandwich maker is a good product overall and very practical for quick meals. We make delicious grilled cheese sandwiches, tuna melts, and even omelets in no time. I love its compact design, which takes up minimal counter and cabinet space – perfect for my small kitchen.However, I was disappointed with the sturdiness of the material. After just two weeks of use, the device broke, which was frustrating. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent! They promptly replaced it, which I really appreciated.While it’s a convenient and good item, I hope the durability improves in future versions.

I just got it and couldn’t wait to make the sandwich that my mom used to make me when I little. It came out exactly as I expected! Super crisp and yummy. It is a bit smaller but after cutting off the crust it fits no problem. Great price and results! You can’t go wrong.

I am very disappointed with this product. When using it for the second time, the bottom handle cracked off. There is no way to close the latch so it’s pretty useless now. I’ve had sandwich makers from other companies that lasted for years. I see now that there are other reviews with the same issue. I wish I would have read them before I bought. It was a waste of money.

Sadly I will be returning this item … the plug is a US one and I’m in the UK … the cost of returning may well be prohibitive so I am landed with a sandwich toaster I can’t use…. This should have been highlighted

Very bad quality, the sandwich maker broke in two parts with in 10-15 uses. The seller states they have no warranty for Canada, why would they be allowed to sell products in Canada without warranty in the first place!
