toaster
it looks really good, different from most run of the mill toasters. so long as it lasts for a while I’ll be happy with it.

does not work well and is cheaply made
I used this toaster today, it does not do well of toasting and the product itself seems cheap. I would not buy this, it is the same quality of product you would buy at a discount store for less than $10

but even some of them had some bad reviews. I figured if this was no good
After reading countless toaster reviews, we settled on this one. I was thinking about trying a really expensive one, but even some of them had some bad reviews. I figured if this was no good, or only lasted a short time, we could just buy a different one.It looks OK and matches our other SS appliances pretty good, although there was one other that I liked better that did not have the feature I really liked, the ability to re-warm the toast. Before getting this one we purchased a T-fal one that purported to have the re-warm feature, and even showed it on the Amazon website picture, but when it arrived it did not have it. Returned it and got another one and had the same result, so bought the Sunpentown one instead.Does have the problem mentioned most often in toaster reviews, unable to always toast both sides equally, but it is not too bad in that respect. The re-heat feature is great, although I rarely have used it because I rarely eat toast.

Good looks but only so-so performance
I purchased this toaster for its sleek stainless steel look and from the front, I really like it. But from the top, it has a series of 1 cm cuts incised around the edge, which look like staples from afar, and cheapens the appearance. I’m assuming they are there to vent the heat.As to function, it is a far weaker performer than expected. Despite having it on the highest setting, I usually have to cook my english muffins twice to get them just golden brown. There is a setting for frozen bread as well, but that barely warms the outside and definitely fails to rapidly defrost the item. If I had to choose again, I would pass this one by.

GREAT LOOKING, WORKS GOOD ALSO
THIS TOASTER TOASTS PRETTY EVEN, ONCE YOU FIND THE RIGHT SETTING FOR THE BREAD YOU ARE TOASTING. IT LOOKS VERY NICE ON THE COUNTER ALSO.

Doesn’t work at all.
I purchased this toaster in September. I have only used it a few times, since I don’t often make toast. When I tried to use it this week, after touching fewer than a dozen times, I found that it doesn’t work at all. The lever will not fully depress, the elements don’t heat up, and NOTHING about it works. I clicked on the link to return the item, but in accordance with Amazon’s return policy, I was supposed to have figured out that the thing was a piece of junk within the first thirty days. I am a month too late to return an item that was barely ever used!

what do you mean?
I thought it would toast larger (not thicker) pieces of bread more completely around the edges, but that’s not that big a deal – I’m learning to “play” with it to accommodate my wishes

Looks Great but…
This toaster looks great and does a nice job toasting items. However, if you like Poptarts you will find that the pasteries slip out of the holders and get jammed in the toaster. It makes a mess and is a challenge to get the mangled Poptart out of the toaster.
