Nice product for your kitchen
I love this beautiful and great working toaster. It was one of my birthday presents from my son. It’s a nice upgrade from my other name brand toaster , which was not nearly as pretty and you had to depress the start button several times. This does not have those issues. Plus, it has a bagel setting and a ‘cancel ‘ button also. It looks great on the counter!

Good toasts but takes a while
The toast quality is really good with this. It does take longer to toast bread compared to my old Oster brand but the toast tastes better and more even.

Had it a while
This has worked great for what it was designed for. The only drawback was that the toast doesn’t pop all the way up. Have to use the lowering lever to pop the toast all the way up. Not a big deal.

Excellent Toaster
We purchased this toaster to replace our existing one that died. I love the look of this toaster, the bagel setting changes the heat coils to only toast one side – which I like. This does a great job toasting homemade bread! Perfect for us!

Why is it so hard to find a good toaster?
UPDATE: After a few uses, the “pop up” on this new toaster stopped working. I returned it- just another flimsy toaster. I didn’t want to spend so much, but I ended up purchasing a Breville which seems to be of a much higher quality. Hopefully it performs. Bonus- it’s easy to turn down or mute the beep! ORIGINAL REVIEW: After having to trash my not-so-old $25 toaster, I perused what’s available here and got high reviews. I settled on this one, still basic but seemed to be a little better quality than the cheapest ones. So far it’s fine, except for one thing. WHY do we need a beep? And a kind of loud beep too. I have enough things in my house that beep already. Just the sound of the toast popping up works just fine. I was surprised because nowhere in the instructions does it mention any beeping. I saw the posts where you can take out the beeper, but I don’t really wanna mess with something that has the potential to catch on fire. So hopefully this will last longer than the last one, but I wish it didn’t have that dumb beep.

I felt like I didn’t need a toaster with a digital screen lol, this toaster has all the features you need. Have used it for a bit now and the toast is always evenly toasted, the bagel function works well too. Crumb tray ejects with a push button which is nice and it stays put if you store the toaster away and bring it out sometimes. Easy enough to clean.
